TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The undersigned agrees that all participants in the activities with RAI WATERSPORTS above do not suffer from epilepsy, heart disease, asthma, and are not pregnant. We are not responsible for any health problems that occur after the activity.
  2. During my activities, if any accident happened, I will not sue RAI WATERSPORTS with law. Because RAI’s insurance will not cover any accidents caused by terms and instructions violations.
  3. If the insurance maintenance coverage costs exceed the maximum limit covered by the insurance. So I am willing to bear it myself and will not burden RAI WATERSPORTS.
  4. During your activities at RAI WATERSPORTS, you are not allowed to wear: SUNGLASSES, WATCHES, NECKLACE, BRACELET, and other JEWELRY. We are not responsible for problems that occur after the activity.

SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
